Not able to connect with customer service regarding a refund for incorrect charges. There is no way I should be charged $25.00 for a self wash I’m normally charged $2.50 I go there every week and pay the same amount.
Never got the electrical system at the carwash to work with a debit card.
Took my girlfriend’s car to what I thought would be a successful car wash. We paid for the premium wash and we went in, got the presoak and then it said it was out of service like why take my money then not finish the wash. Had to pay to get her car rinsed off. Will not be back
Touchless wash was pretty good, if your car stays usually on the clean side it's good for a quick rinse down to knock some dust and bugs off.
