Just moved here. I have an older pug that is having a hard time getting around. Made an appointment to get her some pain meds so she can walk more comfortably and hopefully we can then help her lose more weight. They would not give her a pain med and then scolded me on her weight. I’m like yeah I know. 1) she’s a pug and 2) that’s kinda why I’m here. We just moved from Phoenix. It’s super hot. RecommendedMy Buster had his first appointment at Cliffdale Animal Hospital today and I could not have been more pleased. He had a grooming done today and looks fantastic!! Everyone who took care of us today was so friendly and professional, what a refreshing change from our last clinic!! Will most definitely recommend ☺️☺️☺️
If I could leave no stars I would! I am absolutely livid right now as I had to take off work and stress my kitten out for no reason because of this place. I called on July 22nd at 10:27 am. I had a 5 minute and 41 second conversation with an employee to schedule my kitten for her 1st set of shots. I gave them my name, my number, my address as well as my kitten's name and her date of birth. very friendly, I'm dog sitting and had to take her to the vet a few times to get bandages changed, I love this place and definitely will be my 2 cats new vet. totally recommend
Thank you so much to the awesome vet and staff for taking such good care of my fur babies. My Boykin swallowed a duck toy and thanks to the care he received at this office he passed it without having surgery! We also board him here. I’ve used this office since the day we got him and have only had good experiences! I highly recommend this office! Thank you all for taking great care of our little moose.❤️
I have been taking my furry family there for many years. I highly recommend Dr. Valenti and everyone who works there. They are very good at taking care of pets and seem to truly love my animals.
Worst experience I have ever had arrived at appointment excited about my new puppy when I arrived was told that I was late for my appointment. Confused I asked how my appointment was at 1030am recieponist rudely tells me my appointment was scheduled for 10am. Mind you I called the day before just to confirm the time!! Everyone at Cliffdale Animal Hospital is amazing. They are so kind and patient and always willing to answer any questions. As an anxious first time puppy owner, I have called them multiple times with questions and concerns, and they never make me feel silly. They take such awesome care of my pup, and I recommend them to everyone!!! Also, Brittany does SUCH a great job grooming and bathing my little guy!
