If I could leave no stars I would! I am absolutely livid right now as I had to take off work and stress my kitten out for no reason because of this place. I called on July 22nd at 10:27 am. I had a 5 minute and 41 second conversation with an employee to schedule my kitten for her 1st set of shots. I gave them my name, my number, my address as well as my kitten's name and her date of birth. The lady that I spoke with tried to schedule me an appointment for that week at 4:30 in the afternoon to which I told her I could not make because of my job. I then told her that something 1st thing in the morning would work better for me so she offered me to come in today (Thursday July 30th) at 11:30 a.m. I even set a reminder on my Google calendars while I was still on the phone with her. Well I show up today at 11:25 for my appointment, only to be greeted with an attitude from the get go, and to be told that they don't have me listed on the schedule anywhere. To which I show them my call log and ask "well who did I speak to on the 22nd, that scheduled me?" That was answered with "am I sure that I'm not getting them confused with Riley Rd Vet?" So I responded with "is there a cliffdale animal hospital on Riley Rd?" To which I know the answer is going to be no because number one I'm not stupid and number 2 I specifically looked at the reviews before I called this place and they had pretty good reviews. Which is the reason why I called them instead of Riley rd Animal Hospital. The reception(as I thought) responded with no so I told her "well then no, I'm not confused" Once again I pointed out the fact that I called them and that I had the call log information on my phone, and that I had an almost 6 minute conversation with someone. I even read their phone number(910-487-5013) out to her. They proceed to tell me that it's not possible for me to have been scheduled because they are booked for 1st appointments 3 weeks out. Well clearly it is possible because I had a conversation with someone who scheduled me to come in. I proceeded to ask " do you know who worked on the 22nd?" To which I was told no. Hahaha funny, cause I'm pretty sure you either already know or at the very least can find out. I felt like this was their mistake, 100%!! They could have at least offered to either see my cat right then (as there was only one other person there and she was already in the in the back), or I don't know maybe at the very least offered to reschedule me for when they did have availability!!! I was offered NOTHING!!! No help at all just a nonchalant "sorry" and pretty much a look that honestly made me feel like I was lying!!! Even though I had proof of the phone call where I made the appointment. I don't recommend this place at all and I will never ever recommend them or return even if they were the last vet on Earth.
