Worst experience I have ever had arrived at appointment excited about my new puppy when I arrived was told that I was late for my appointment. Confused I asked how my appointment was at 1030am recieponist rudely tells me my appointment was scheduled for 10am. Mind you I called the day before just to confirm the time!!
