The owners of the units at this complex was great! Some of the newer owners do not respect the rules and regulations and even complaining to Lawrence Management does nothing! Having a family member with a lower unit I could hear weights dropping from the above unit. Had notified the owners of that unit and it still continued. They also started hanging clothes out on their balcony to dry, brought in non members when the pool was open last year and were not around the whole time their guests were there. I am an owner at Cliff Tower, this is a 62 year old condominium complex, all units are individually owned. Obviously we are all disappointed with the board for their lack of information and transparency regarding the pool. Lawrence Property Management does a fine job within the parameters of what the board and residents allow. If a resident has a problem it should be brought to the boards attention, not attacking a hard working employee who is doing his job and doing it well. This place was a wonderful place to live and it’s gone downhill! Lawerence management is a joke! They are destroying this appt complex! There once was a pool which was one of the reasons my family bought a unit. Now we are informed it’s too expensive to fix and we will not have it open this year and possibly not ever! They hired a useless maintenance person to do work there and he is related to someone who works for management and he is worthless!
