Loved it here!!!
This builder will nickel and dime you for every little thing. Not good at returning phone calls. Out of town frequently. Not uncommon for him to not visit the site for weeks at a time. Anytime I brought up any issues, he would gaslight me. Structure it’s self a good quality but poor quality painters, plumber and electrician. Wall paint very streaky and cabinet paint very chalky and brittle, even after multiple trips to “fix” issues. Honestly looks like painters thinned the paint to save money.
