Amazing place to buy your gear from. For all of my communications, I interacted with the owner. He was extremely polite, patient, and knowledgeable. For example, while researching the Rocket R58 I found conflicting information on Reddit and the owner took it upon himself to contact the manufacturer to get clarification. Cliff and Pebble rocks! Matt helped me decide on the ECM as my first “fancy” espresso machine. (I had a Gaggia Classic before then). Still working things out but I’m confident I will find what works best for me. Matt is extremely knowledgeable, kind and has great follow thru. I love his vibe! I will stick with him as I grow and learn as much as I can about espresso making. I’m going to refer him to my family and friends. Thx Matt.

I have worked with many online coffee companies in the past, which had good and bad experiences in the past. Matt from Cliff and Pebble is above and beyond the competition. Matt has the best customer service and prices from all of them. He answered all my questions steered me toward the right machine for my needs and shipped it out asap. I had my upgraded espresso machine, Rocket Giotto Evoluzione Rotary arrive the next day. I'm extremely happy with the quality and build of this machine. I will always work with Matt again

Seamless order of my Quick Mill Vetrano 2B Evo. I have been waiting for buy this machine for three years now and snagged a Buyer’s remorse unit at a great deal. Was informed the machine had some very light scratches on the top from the previous owner putting cups on it. Normal wear and tear. I got the machine and honestly I can’t even see the scratches!
