I had never heard of Cliff and Pebble before ordering, but I wish I had found them years ago. Excellent customer service—they answered all my questions quickly and clearly. When an issue came up, it was handled directly by the owner, Matt, which really impressed me. Fast shipping, great pricing, and a smooth overall experiences. Highly recommend.
Highly recommended! Perhaps the best customer service that I have had from any business. I purchased a Lelit Espresso machine from Cliff & Pebble that arrived non-functional and they were so awesome working with Lelit to get a timely replacement. The replacement machine works great. Couldn’t be happier. They really care about their customers.
