I ordered a Legit Bianca V3 and DF83V from Cliff & Pebble early in 2026. Seems like it's an one-man shop, so communication was sparse. It was tough to get a response to an inquiry of an order; but all my requests went through (tho, email confirmations would be nice). If you're patient, you will save quite a bit (Matt, the owner, is willing to hand out some discounts too!). My machines worked perfectly, hence the five-star rating...

I'm brand new to the high-end espresso machine market and was nervous about dropping a lot of money. However, after I purchased throu C and P, I just happened to find a significantly better deal elsewhere. I was able to cancel my order after a little back and forth. That said, I applaud C and P by letting me cancel the order and letting me move on with the other purchase free of charge! Well done customer service.

First machine I ordered had some shipping related issues. While that was disappointing, the folks and Cliff & Pebble were incredibly helpful and made it right in the end. Shoutout to Chris for the terrific support!
