Matt put in a great amount of time to answer all (lots) my questions. He absolutely had great knowledge of the products which is often not the case when dealing with online or brick and mortor stores. Thanks for a great experience. Amazing place to buy your gear from. For all of my communications, I interacted with the owner. He was extremely polite, patient, and knowledgeable. For example, while researching the Rocket R58 I found conflicting information on Reddit and the owner took it upon himself to contact the manufacturer to get clarification. Cliff and Pebble rocks! Matt helped me decide on the ECM as my first “fancy” espresso machine. (I had a Gaggia Classic before then). Still working things out but I’m confident I will find what works best for me. Matt is extremely knowledgeable, kind and has great follow thru. I love his vibe!
