Called and spoke to Anthony who was most accommodating and his assistance was second to none. He put together a beautiful vase of white roses and had them delivered with supersonic speed. When the roses opened they were even more stunning than when originally delivered. A job well done. Thank you... I have ordered from them twice. Both times they were exceptional. The arrangements were beyond breathtaking and the customer service is outstanding. In addition to having the best price point.
Very bad service!!
Mother’s Day flowers were delivered on MONDAY today about 5 pm. Deliverer didn’t even bother to ring doorbell to see if anyone home, just left them in hot sun. On Mother’s Day they spoiled my son’s surprise by calling his mother and telling her delivery would be late!! Don’t ever get delivery from this store or the parent Blossom.
Anthony the owner saved the day when he bailed out Flowers by Nora after they messed up flowers by selection and date. Anthony took care of their mistake and made sure the correct flowers were delivered on correct date. The arrangement was beautiful and fresh. Thank you Anthony and Cliff Park Florist for your great customer service and beautiful flowers!
