I dropped of my tax docs in April. I was told to come in and sign on following Monday. Got there my taxes hadn’t even been worked on. Gentleman call later and said an extension was filed and I would once again be notified when to come in and sign and pick up my papers. Well here we are. JULY!!!! No one answers my emails. No one answers my voice mails. All my personal and business papers are with them. Going to the ITS to let them know. Scam

This place should be ashamed of its business, absolutely no customer service, and the guy at the front desk is probably the rudest person. He should not be working in this industry as he clearly can't keep track of anything.

I wish you could give zero stars! The guy at the front desk is absolutely oblivious and should not work there. Me and my partner got our taxes done at the same time, I had to leave them there overnight. We just had to go back to sign them once they called a couple days later... which they never did. I had to call and ask, to which the rude guy at the front desk replies, "They've been done, you just need to come sign them," so right off the bat bad experience.
