From the first phone call we were treated with respect and given a great deal on a truck trade for a new 2024 Minnie Winnie! Wish I had bought out last one from them. Garrett Hanning was as delightful and knowledgeable in person as he was on the phone. He was very patient answering my spouses many questions. Go quick and get a great deal with these guys. They did everything with respect. But alas, this old man's RVing days are done.
This is the second time I have purchased an RV here. The first time, the microwave slid out of its bracket somehow and when I took it back they fixed it with no charge and made sure everything else was okay. That was the only issue I had for the 4 years I owned it. Garrett was my salesman and he was great. He helped answer all the questions I had and made the process smooth. Hello - I went to this place early November to look at a lawnmower (7,000) and an excavator (41,000). After talking back and forth I went back home to Austin, Tx. After running numbers with my wife, I decided to take the trek back to Sealy, Tx (2 hours) I was ready to purchase both machines - when I asked about their finance rates they told me they would vary and never gave me a definitive answer (red flag 1).
