I felt like we were close on closing the deal on the phone. We text/talked on the phone about a certain number, but then when asked for the itemized sheet, numbers were not what we discussed. They said zero down and sheet said I needed to put $16,000 down. I tried to ask why, but was not given an answer why numbers didn't match what we discussed. Garrett and Nico seemed helpful (at first) but basically was told "we're not the dealership for you." I will keep looking around for a trailer somewhere.
All the staff were great. Henry was salesman explained everything in detail and the personal in shop walked us through the entire trailer. trailer is a Forest River Cherokee CKT19SMBL-94.
The salesman was courteous and straight forward. Garrett would not guve up till he found the tractor that fit our needs. I greatly appreciate the extra mile he went to get my business. We will be looking for a zero trun mower soon and will contact him first.
Henry worked our deal from start to finish. I got the equipment I wanted at a great price. This is our 2nd purchase with Henry at Cliff Jones and we'll definitely be back.
Great selection of tractors and knowledge of equipment. Friendly staff.
