I’ve been following a tractor that this business had listed for sale for months. Last night, I noticed they had dropped the price significantly to $13,995. Today, when I called to arrange a pickup, the person on the phone told me that the price was a mistake and that the actual price was $14,995. I asked if there was any way they could honor the lower price I had seen, and he flatly said no. This was a remote purchase and everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and very helpful. They are shipping my tractor from Texas to Tennessee! Great post sale customer service. I couple days after taking delivery of my new Kioti DK4720, my son and I were learning all the features and doing a little training. My son accidentally twisted the PTO knob too hard and broke the knob off. After this, the tractor would not start. The PTO was off even though the knob broke. I spent hours trying to figure out the reason for it not starting. Something was triggering the safety switch to keep it from starting.
