This was a remote purchase and everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and very helpful. They are shipping my tractor from Texas to Tennessee! Great post sale customer service. I couple days after taking delivery of my new Kioti DK4720, my son and I were learning all the features and doing a little training. My son accidentally twisted the PTO knob too hard and broke the knob off. After this, the tractor would not start. The PTO was off even though the knob broke. I spent hours trying to figure out the reason for it not starting. Something was triggering the safety switch to keep it from starting. He communicated timely, listened, and offered great recommendations to help me save money. I purchased a zero turn in 2018 from them and just purchased a tractor in 2025 from them. I’ll be doing business at Cliff Jones for years to come!
Just took delivery of a new Mahindra 2126. Really NOT impressed with Cliff Jones Mahindra. Sales people don’t know the product, service people don’t work on the weekend. They had to pick up and return the unit immediately after delivery because they didn’t do all the make ready work. The mower deck slipped a belt after 10’ of mowing. There is a small hydraulic leak that I asked them to look at and they didn’t. Now they have to come back to pick it up again.
