Cliff is a nice person, I was looking forward to working with him as he seemed very genuine and knowledgeable. He seemed eager to help me, so I paid a retainer and we got started, so I thought. However, after about 9 months, no progress was made. I called to check back in, and he called me a bit later and told me he would check on it.
