Mr Irwin is useless. I've been dealing with him over the phone and he never answers. It's been 6 months on a inheritance case that's is simple and 3 years old now. I'm filing a formal complaint to the bar about him and I'm sure he will keep the 10000 that I gave him upront. I can't even fire him because he won't answer

Cliff is a nice person, I was looking forward to working with him as he seemed very genuine and knowledgeable. He seemed eager to help me, so I paid a retainer and we got started, so I thought.
