My husband is registered here and received a text message saying his appointment was at "imp healthcare" at 7pm. Quick Google later, shows up as welton?! Called the practice to ask the simple question of where this is, took 65 minutes to get through. The receptionist confirmed it is at cliff house, and his appointment was at 6.30pm. no apology from the receptionist. The text message was entirely wrong! Utterly useless! Nearly no waiting time - big bonus, the friendly nurse was very efficient, and the vaccination completed quickly, so I could go back to work with little interruption.
I was treated with care and great manners. Side effects were explained, and I hardly felt the needle. I was very happy with my time at Cliffhouse medical practice.
I had the privilege of completing a work experience placement at the medical practice and had the best possible experience. All the staff were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. It was a great opportunity to gain an insight aswell and to help me with my furture career.
