We've stayed at Cliff Dwellers twice over the last 12 years. It's always been a great stay while we spend time up in Door County. It's quiet and the views are amazing. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. We've recommended to family who've also stayed and also enjoyed their stay.
We had a reservation for a few days from today. Unfortunately we had a serious health issue that required us to cancel our reservation. I called and explained our situation. Without hesitation they accepted our cancellation and refunded our deposit with a small, understandable, service fee. We are grateful for their understanding and kindness. We look forward to staying there in the future. Thank you.
Cliff Dwellers exceeded expectations. Self check-in was a breeze. The room was clean, cozy and quiet and the view of the water was spectacular. Overall, the property was clean and well-maintained. Be sure to use the pool in the morning and early afternoon on a day with wall-to-wall sunshine. Lots of common spaces with seating, and gas grills.
