As a former employee here I would not recommend sending your loved ones here or even working for a company like this, they got people that’s on drugs in the job stealing and upper management know about it and does nothing, residents pendants don’t work half the time and when they do these care givers fail to go to them in a timely manner, residents have cameras in their rooms and illegally records the caregivers and upper management again knows about this and does nothing! Lots of great things are happening at Eden Vista Greendale! The team is very caring and compassionate.
Horrible place to work, management very lazy they only care about having staff in the building so they won’t have to come in. West building has a foul smell. They talk about the residents badly, they make residents feel uncomfortable they talk about them in their face. They take other residents depends n wipes to use on residents who don’t have any, than lie to the family when they complain about there family members things being gone. Our elderly aunt is currently at Clifden Court. Felicia, who is very kind and compassionate, helped us admit my aunt in a timely and safe manner. The resident assistants are also kind and attentive. I can tell they really care.The facility is very nice and offers many activities for the residents. The meals are prepared from scratch. We feel at ease knowing our aunt is in a good environment.
This place is a joke!! Bait n switch tactics! Last negative review I left Clifden Court took it down. It’s all about the money for these folks!
