Our elderly aunt is currently at Clifden Court. Felicia, who is very kind and compassionate, helped us admit my aunt in a timely and safe manner. The resident assistants are also kind and attentive. I can tell they really care.The facility is very nice and offers many activities for the residents. The meals are prepared from scratch. We feel at ease knowing our aunt is in a good environment.
This place is a joke!! Bait n switch tactics! Last negative review I left Clifden Court took it down. It’s all about the money for these folks!
My dad has been here for about a year; the place is always clean, smells good, doesn’t reek of sorrow and death like most living homes do. They seem short staffed though. My dad only complained once about this place - he waited over 2 hours to get help going to the bathroom, he was basically stuck on the toilet until someone came to assist. They had said it was an awkward time lapse between shifts. My mom called to let me know that she was told that the new activities girl was let go. THE ONLY ONE WHO ACTUALLY CARED FOR THE RESIDENTS. Turnover rate here is to high. Caregivers suck and are rude and openly fight with eachother. I saw a major difference in my grandpa with her techniques in dealing with him (hes a grump) but he talked about her alot in her short time there.
