OUR HOME IS UNINSURED RIGHT NIGHT NOW BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE. We bought a fixer upper in October. I called to purchase coverage. The agent told me we were covered. Two months later I emailed to see why they haven't sent the policy and there is no coverage. Unacceptable. No follow up what so ever.
This branch of state farm is amazing. Their customer service is second to none. They never fail to remind you that you are a valued customer.
