Since my job has been using these services, they really suck. They will come and pick you up but sometimes late. They will leave you even if you are just using the bathroom. You can request to go back to your pickup but they could take an hour before that. Smh. They only better than Helping Hands by a fraction.
The services of this company came when I needed transportation for a post op visit to my Dr. at Anderson Hospital; Maryville, Illinois. Not only did the owner Mr. M. Hunt provide reassurance that their company would assist me, he personally contacted the dispatcher and handled all necessary arrangements for such. The driver was safe, prompt, and courteous.
