We have switched to click ship about a month ago and we are seeing a drastic savings on our shipping costs! Not to mention great customer service, always responds right away when I email with a question. I am so happy to have found them.
Shipped some items with them. They were intended to go to an auction to sell. 2 of the 3 packages went missing. I paid for $600 worth of insurance and after at least 8-10 hours of writing, emailing, phone calls and filling in forms. They paid out $130 of the $600. When pressed on why they did not pay out the full amount that I paid for, they had no answer, but “too bad, sue us.” Rip off, disgusting company.
