So, this review is not because I didn't pay my ren it's because this company is designed to ROB, AND STEAL from renters. So in conjunction with me paying my rent they have been charging me and extra 55 dollars since October. Napoleon the rep I spoke to stated that this is their process and that I needed to deal with it. They then hung up on me. When I ask to speak with a higher up I was denied. Overall if you can avoid this service at all cost they HORRIBLE!!!! BTW WE ONLY PUT ONE STAR BECAUSE WE HAVE TO

After holding for 2 hours, the representative was extremely rude and doesn't understand English when I explained to her that the address in my profile was incorrect. I requested her help to correct the address. She couldn't understand my simple request and was argumentative. She even hang up on me without any result. All that time wasted !!!!!!

Zero Stars. I am an attorney and pay bills for some of my clients. On Feb 17 I authorized a maintenance payment to Halstead Management for a client. Without notice to me, my management company, Midas Property Management, had added my own apartment to ClickPay, and ClickPay made an UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTION from my client's account for my own monthly apartment payment. STAY AWAY!!!!!
