My husband and I came looking for a camper trailer and Hayes showed us a few but the last one he showed us we fell in love with. He worked with our budget and made it work for us to be able to get the trailer we got. And we we even were able to get it before the time frame they gave us. We have recommended them many times already. And we are totally in love with our trailer!!

I bought a brand new Puma last year, I have had nothing but issues with the service department since. I have a kitchen faucet that has leaked from day one and they have been out and it still leaks. It was delivered with full holding tanks so we couldn't flush or run water for the first week. It is still under warranty but I have to pay a service charge to have them come fix what they haven't. I don't recommend this company to anyone but your enemies 💯
Horrible service department, would not recommend spending money with this place. Not only a horrible service department, we’ve had our 2023 forest river 40’ ft for one month and have a list of problems from our canopy not shutting to our ventilation system not working, making the whole trailer smell like a sewer, in a month!!! Didnt even show for the maintenance appt, and called an hour and a half later like they had no idea what’s going on! Ridiculous mechanical staff, who only care about their service fees and downpayment.... read more
