Worked with them in getting my camper and they took their time in helping find the right one as well going through how to use it and that everything was working and basically showing how everything’s taken care of. Cody W. Was a really big help.
Do not buy from click it RV the sales men was amazing and the tech was helpful of showing us but when things started breaking down mind you its is a after a year and it is damn near impossible to get them to fix it if you get your RV to get it fixed it takes them 6 mouths to a year to even give it back to you there a rip off but if you dont take my word for it I hope you have a better experience with the fixing of the RV. my RV is a 2024 and I had to fix alot of there things a its its already falling apart

I worked at ClickIt RV in Moses Lake, WA, and my experience was very disappointing. I took on extra duties and applied three times for the Service Manager position but was denied each time while less qualified employees were promoted. There were ongoing problems with bonus calculations and missing paperwork that affected my pay. When I contacted HR (out of the Spokane location) to report favoritism and unfair treatment, I was terminated two days later without any explanation. My first amendment right to freedom of speech. DO NOT! buy here. From behind the scenes experience, you will get ripped off by these people. They will do anything and promise you anything just to sell, Then back out of their promise after they’ve made that sell. Sometimes issues with a used unit will not be disclosed to the customer just so they can make a sell. Which is very unfortunate to say the least.
