Sign on door indicating that the store is closed for two months while remodeling is completed. No indication of when they expect to reopen.
Buyer beware! We purchased two packages from them at a home show. I was very clear in asking multiple ways whether they do the work at their Lafayette store or if they ship it to another location. They repeatedly told my husband and I that they did all work in the Lafayette store so we purchased the plans. Then when we took our photos in we found out that everything is shipped to So Cal and it would be at least 3-4 months before we might get anything back and that was iffy. Very polite person answered the phone. I asked to speak to the owner Brett or the manager Rich but I was left on hold. After 20 minutes I gave up. Not a good start!
Worked with me to preserve the slides almost 3600 very carful to keep my order perfect love them thanks
