Contacted Micko for an addition on my home. Response was very quick initially, showed up one time to look at the scope of the work. Said was waiting on architect to give him a sketch so he can give me a quote. This was in January of 2026. It’s now 3/5/2026 and I haven’t heard from him since. It’s a shame cause he seemed like a nice guy, but doesn’t seem to prioritize his potential clients or maybe my project wasn’t a big enough deal for him. Not sure.
