It's really great to have this place in Ottawa, it's the only one of its kind. Unfortunately the food/drink menu is not consistently available and no outside food or drink is allowed. Wish the credit warning was more than 5 minutes for the sake of MMO games. Owner is really nice.

Imagine I was playing competitive game which I couldn’t leave and then I was told by the worker to leave due to other players that wanted to play I paid for a whole day pass and I couldn’t even use it
Horrible experience — total scam. I signed up for a membership at this gaming café to get a discounted rate of $6/hour instead of $10. They charged me $22 just to get the membership, which I paid thinking it would save me money in the long run. But the next time I went, I was told I could no longer use my membership to pay by the hour. Instead, I was forced to buy a minimum of 4 hours for $20 — no flexibility, no option to pay for just the time I want to play.
