AVOID Update January 2025 Still no response to any contact I made about the problems with the vehicle - now seriously out of pocket and had to use a credit card or be unable to work. Click and Collect Cars are now seriously overdue on producing their accounts to Companies House - my advice remains the same - AVOID Bought a car from here and now having problems - no reply to 3 telephone numbers for this business in 6 days. I’m aware there has been some tragic loss with a staff member and this particular branch is now permanently closed but I believe they have re opened under the AA banner close by. I purchased a car 18months ago and follow up treatment is dire/ non existent this includes the newer re opened branch which were of no help at all Proceed with caution especially with any warranty purchased

I bought a car from this company and they gave me the run around from day one, the car had issues that they said they would sort out due to the AA promise that they have. They went ahead and made 2 issues worse, one being cosmetic where they cut off the covers of my door handles, the other being that the electric window Cyril’s on the driver’s side was faulty, they went ahead and broke it completely.
