Wrong company to deal with. I dont recommend at all. They say they honor their warranty they dont. Had installed an AC unit from them, has had problems since day one. They were horrible in installing, left garbage inside the house after working. AC doesn't cool and heat pump doesn't get warm.
By far the worst company to deal with. They never answer the phone. They charge you an arm and a leg just to not get the work done. We’ve spent thousands with them and they’ve left us with 0 AC for the whole summer. I would give them a 0 if I could. Avoid them at absolutely all costs.
They used to be great. Good price, good install, good service. Called for service under warranty today : their phone system immediately says they are booked for the summer. I have a ten year warranty and they can't service anything, useless.
I purchased two a/c units and after three years one of the units wasn’t working. I called Click Air for service and was told that they were booked for the summer season and to call the manufacturer or another repair outfit. I paid a high price and their service was absolutely awful. Terrible company to deal with…does not even answer their calls.
Malheureusement, nous avons eu une fuite d'eau sur le toit du à une mauvaise installation de la structure de bois qui supportent les thermopompes. Des bolts en métal dépassaient d'environ 1/2 pouce des pattes de rubber qui étaient sensées protéger le toit, ce qui a causé la fuite. Click-air ne veux pas assumer la respnsabilité puisque la garantie d'un an est dépassée.
