They were really good my first year, but afterwards the service has been questionable. I have the 10-year warranty, but every issue "isn't covered". I'm currently experiencing lack of cold air from my split unit they installed 3.5 years ago (this is the second time this has happened), and I've tried contacting them for service. The phone lines for both the 514 and 1-855 numbers are completely disconnected and my emails have gone ignored.

They are very good and convincing in selling their products. The after-sales service leaves much to be desired. After the first year of installation, I called them every year for 5 consecutive years, having the same problem, the lack of freon in the installation. L’installation of heat pump and furnace came with a 10 year warranty labour included. But, when there was a problem, they charge 250$ for the diagnostic fee. I think it’s inappropriate.
Do NOT use this company, they will do a faulty installation and it is not possible to obtain service from them afterwards. If you call in, their phone lines literally say that it is not possible to get a service appointment. It took them over a month to respond to me via email, and I ended up paying out of pocket to another company to redo the installation they did on a split ductless unit.
