The electric furnace that Click Air installed has stopped working for the second time in 5 months. It is currently -23 celcius outside and our house is not livable. Despite speaking to their operator over the past 2 days, they have yet to send a technician to fix the problem. They refuse to have us speak with a technician or give us a timeable of when they might visit. This is inhumane.
Stay away! They’re crooks. They do faulty work and try to charge you twice to fix it. They pass charges on your credit card without you knowing it. Horrible people

Très mauvaise expérience avec cette compagnie de climatisation. Ils sont venus remplacer l'unité de climatisation d'un appartement, mais se sont trompés d'unité. Pendant 4 heures, ils ont travaillé sur la mauvaise climatisation, qui était la mienne, sans faire les vérifications nécessaires pour s'assurer qu'ils travaillaient au bon endroit.
