As for urgent care, ha ha . Went there at 9 am, they said the doctor had appointment till about 3 pm then maybe they could get us in. They told us the same company in Frankfort had an appointment for about 1030 am. Went there but same song, nothing until later afternoon. We went to the ER in Frankfort and got right in.
As an out-of-towner with a lure stuck in her leg, I was incredibly impressed with the service and care the Crystal Lake Clinic provided. All of the front receptionists were so kind and friendly, and they were able to get me seen within 30 minutes of my arrival. Note, this was NOT an urgent care facility.
