I have went to this clinic 20+ years. I have never had issues with any of the staff or the providers. Yes they have issues with staffing and turnover but if you have never worked in the medical field you won’t understand the way we as medical staff are treated daily by some patients. I have been a medical assistant for 20 years and everyday it’s a fight to want to go to work and help some of the people because they are rude and entitled. So when these actions happen make it hard to reflect kindness back.
This is a terrible location of CLC. Complete snot for a receptionist. My virtual appointment was changed by the provider to an in-person and then cancelled because I was a “no-show.” Of course, no one notified me that he switched it to a half hour earlier, then supposedly “filled” my original time slot simultaneously. My wife and I had appointments at this clinic together. They were really one after the other, but they said since we are married and go to all our appointments together, and since my wife has dizzy spells and can fall down if I am not holding her arm, they said that they could just see us together. I'm sick as a dog and I just had to deal with the snottiest , nasty receptionist who hung up on me. What is wrong with thee people?
Have always been able to get in at short notice, have enjoyed working with Denielle and the rest of the staff have been friendly and helpful. The drop-in lab is also convenient. I appreciate having this facility so close to home!
