From beginning to end, Hometown Window’s professionalism and performance exceeded our expectations. The work crew arrived at the exact time they scheduled to install my replacement Anderson Windows. I can't believe how efficiently and expertly they worked to complete my job. I would highly recommend them. What an amazing job, I am very pleased I went with Hometown Window and Door Company.
Worst experience we have ever had. Ordered over $35,000 in windows after the home show on 2/7/2023. They were to be custom stained and we asked to be called when the windows came in before staining. Supposed to be delivered in June. Terrible communication throughout. August we get a call that they were coming in 2 days to install. No call to discuss the staining. They staining work was terrible, not only the wrong colors but the quality was awful. They were supposed to strip a window and redo it so we could see and approve b... read more
From the beginning sales experience to ordering and then delivery and installation has been wonderful.. everyone has been very helpful, responsive to questions and professional..Rex and Mo our installers were on time and very great at their jobs, completing the install with the minimum amount of fuss and bother. Cleanup after the job was done very well, leaving nothing for us to do other than enjoy our new door. Thank you Hometown!
We have worked with Hometown twice this year to replace our windows and doors. We started with the back of our house. Their thorough approach on the sales side was very professional and low pressure. The fair pricing proposal made it an easy decision to choose Andersen especially considering the quality, warranty, company history, etc., vs the other competitor meetings/proposals.
