I'm 100% happy that I chose Hometown Window and Door Company for my Anderson replacement windows. From start to finish, everyone and everything done was professional, thorough, and top quality. Sarah, Hudi, Matt, and Julian were so friendly and accommodating, and did more than the minimum.. It wasn't like having strangers in my home. Had a new patio door and 2 windows and we could not be happier. From the sales process to the install it was flawless and professional. Ryan is a real Pro. We had used Pella in the past and there is no comparison. Love Andersen products! If you are considering Hometown go for it as we are very particular and they knocked it out of the park!
Hometown did an awesome job for us. The sales process was very easy and Udi did a thorough job making sure we were aware of all of the options on the door we selected...even some another company didnt mention. Sara is very helpful and easy to work with. Rex the installer is very meticulous and detail oriented making sure the door was square and plumb, closed and latched with ease, etc. Will definitely be using Hometown again for any future needs.
Hometown Window & Door Co. replaced our builder grade windows with black Anderson windows and we are so pleased with the results. Udi and Sarah were very helpful, professional and knowledgable while we were making the decision on which windows to purchase. We chose the 400 series windows and very happy we did. We replaced all the windows in our home and thanks to Hometown Window and Door, we added two new windows to our brick home. We were a little nervous about cutting into the brick, but they took care of everything, the process was super easy, and you wouldn't know the newly added windows weren't always part of the home.
