Our home was 30 years old when we started our remodel. We contacted Home Town Windows and Doors for an estimate to replace all windows and exterior doors throughout the house including sliders and our front door. Unbeknownst to us at the time, the company was in the process of changing ownership. Unfortunately, this led to several missteps.
