I had a minor problem with the unit and Jason quickly replied an replace it with a new unit. The best customer service you could want.
Exceptional customer service! When Amazon sent me a partial package (with only the handle), Jason at Cleverly Solutions was very responsive and sent out a replacement right away. Possibly the best customer service I've received from an online company.
Contacted Jason on issue with my balloon. The balloon had developed a leak at the bottom seal. I told Jason that I had purchased it over a year ago. He said no problem and immediately sent me a new one. Jason stands behind his product 100%, far cry from most company's. If you need a Chimney balloon I would highly recommend them. You can not go wrong.
Incredibly knowledgeable customer service, they were very helpful on all things related to fireplaces, and other things as well. I sent photos of my flue and they gave me customized advice. I also found the website very information--I learned a great deal.
I purchased a Flueblocker and messed up the installation due to a self-inflicted measurement error. When I contacted Cleverly Solved's support for assistance, they were extremely helpful (and generous) in solving the problem for me. They went above and beyond, even though the issue was not the fault of them or their product - their support is excellent and I can't recommend them enough. I will definitely be a repeat customer at my next home, assuming it has a chimney!
