Contacted Jason on issue with my balloon. The balloon had developed a leak at the bottom seal. I told Jason that I had purchased it over a year ago. He said no problem and immediately sent me a new one. Jason stands behind his product 100%, far cry from most company's. If you need a Chimney balloon I would highly recommend them.
