So after walking 10 min from my office to the store in Kendall with an armload of clothes in need of cleaning and minor repairs, I arrive to a sign on the door - "Sorry, be back soon". No times we will be back. No reason. No place to wait with an armload of clothes. Sorry Clevergreen, your services are fine, and I'd pay your high prices, but you actually have to be convenient. Seamstress ruined my dress – Clevergreen's seamstress did an appalling job altering my dress- appalling! Not only was it taken in more than it was supposed to be, the stitching is extremely sloppy. Same problem – I would like to know how this is resolved. I had a similar experience with them about 4 months ago. I took a skirt in to have it taken in at the seam. I had to take it back 2 more times to be fixed, and the sewing itself is really bad- it does not look professionally done. I asked to speak with a manager and they told me a manager would call me back. No one ever called me back.
