I’m writing to express my deep disappointment and concern following a disturbing experience my son and I had at your store today. Upon entering, we were immediately made to feel unwelcome by an older female employee who confronted my young son, accusing him of dropping a toy. This accusation was completely unfounded, and it was clear that she had no factual basis for her assumption.
