So i initially started the services an about almost 2 months ago . Before starting the services i stated that i was only available at certain time due to my work schedule. I was advised that's perfectly fine they had availability . Fast forward i had to keep calling to get my child scheduled i was constant placed on hold for long period then hung up on . Here’s a REAL review. My son received services from said therapy at his daycare. Out of the 5+ months they NEVER provided reports or updates on what they were doing with my child. I called for reports and I’ve YET to receive anything. They are always confused on which insurance they take leaving you with back bills and refunds. Also ! A male therapist was attending my child’s school and the director of school said therapist was ROUGH with my child. I’m very grateful for the care my daughter has received at Clever Kids. She receives speech and occupational therapy, and I have been very happy with her therapists and the way they work with her. They are patient, caring, and understanding of her individual needs. My son goes here and you know they’re doing a great job when he’s excited to go and learn every day for ST. I am forever thankful for this place.
My son recently began therapy at CLEVER KIDS for speech. The staff has been welcoming and friendly. He feels comfortable and enjoys going. I like that they give him tasks to do at home during the week to keep up with his speech therapy.
