Do not use this company. They hire young cheap labor that is unskilled. They want to take your money and then leave you with problems that they created. Went with them because they said they have been in the business for 20+ years. I regret ever speaking to Bob Clevenger. Would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away at all costs or you will regret it too!
Over the past several months, Clevenger Family Home Improvement has done several projects at our home: a new metal roof along with new gutters, gutter covers, and downspouts; also a new front door (which involved removing all the wood trim surrounding it and replacing it with vinyl trim) and four new storm doors. I can't say enough good things about Clevenger Family Home Improvement. We recently had all the windows in our house replaced, and from start to finish, the experience was fantastic. While windows are never inexpensive, I was truly surprised at how reasonable the price was, especially considering the outstanding quality of both the windows and the work itself. The owner doesn't care about his employees or paying a livable wage. I would never work for or hire a company that blatantly doesn't care.
We are so pleased with our new roof and gutters. The crew for the roof did a beautiful job and answered all of our questions. The cleanup was amazing with no worries from us that something would be left. The day after the roof was finished the gutters was put up with guards. Again the crew for this job answered questions and explained everything. Thank you for the job well done. We highly recommend Clevenger for your roof.
