15+ years of healthcare experience and by far the absolute worst experience as a patient. Initially delayed with no date for shipment. Just showed up one day via message it was delivered. Device is archaic and appeared dirty, belt wrapped around me two times when doubled up, nasal cannula was too short, and pulse ox was also far too big (also awkward design as the front opened completely) despite taping it around my finger. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. Do your sleep studies in person.

Horrible service! My belt was defective when I got it a week ago and still have not gotten a new one. I called and they said not till next week if it really comes. They do not care. I’m about to return the whole device and let my insurance know the test was never completed or used! Stay away from this company!
Negative experience throughout the entire process. Grossly delayed due to their own errors, which included not including a return envelope with the device shipment. Customer Service was anything but helpful. It took them weeks to ship out a return envelope and when they did, they shipped it via USPS Ground. They couldn't care less.
