Great friendly customer service!!
Horrible service! My belt was defective when I got it a week ago and still have not gotten a new one. I called and they said not till next week if it really comes. They do not care. I’m about to return the whole device and let my insurance know the test was never completed or used! Stay away from this company!
Negative experience throughout the entire process. Grossly delayed due to their own errors, which included not including a return envelope with the device shipment. Customer Service was anything but helpful. It took them weeks to ship out a return envelope and when they did, they shipped it via USPS Ground. They couldn't care less.
Horrible service. I've been waiting over two weeks to receive my home sleep test. After repeated follow-ups, I was told by a representative, Hanna, that I need to keep waiting for the courier, even though it's clearly delayed. When I asked if they could send a replacement, I was told the equipment costs $500—basically suggesting that the value of their device matters more than the patient experience. At this point, I really question how much CleveMed values its customers.
Stated they could not send equipment without talking to me again (spoke with them two weeks before to confirm) what else is needed to discuss. Send what is needed and stop holding up my medical treatment. It’s ridiculous
