Horrible service. I've been waiting over two weeks to receive my home sleep test. After repeated follow-ups, I was told by a representative, Hanna, that I need to keep waiting for the courier, even though it's clearly delayed. When I asked if they could send a replacement, I was told the equipment costs $500—basically suggesting that the value of their device matters more than the patient experience. At this point, I really question how much CleveMed values its customers.
Stated they could not send equipment without talking to me again (spoke with them two weeks before to confirm) what else is needed to discuss. Send what is needed and stop holding up my medical treatment. It’s ridiculous
Terrible company. Send text messages threatening you when you have already returned their equipment. Also, they sent equipment that reeks of cigarettes. I wish I could give negative stars.
Blown away by the customer services. Jessica literally made my year. Such a kind soul and loving voice made my experience delightful.
