We had some pretty major renovations on our house recently, and as part of it, we had our exterior drain lines inspected. John Massitti, owner of Cleveland Waterproofing Inc. and his crew are phenomenal. John explained in detail the entire process of our project mirroring the contract. Everything was done as promised. They show up when they say they will be there. They are conscientious, hard working, organized, highly skilled, knowledgeable, efficient.
