I refer John Massitti and Cleveland Waterproofing to all of my clients because not only do they perform outstanding work, they are incredibly knowledgeable and are straight shooters who don't have to use high pressure sales tactics that pressure a client into using them. They tell it like it is, show you how they can fix it, and give you a price. A top notch outfit through and through.

John Massitti, owner of Cleveland Waterproofing Inc. and his crew are phenomenal. John explained in detail the entire process of our project mirroring the contract. Everything was done as promised. They show up when they say they will be there. They are conscientious, hard working, organized, highly skilled, knowledgeable, efficient. All their experience shows in their work, everyone has a job to do and they work well as a team. John even had one of his men move my plants and had them put back after the project was finished.... read more

CWI did excellent work for me. They pulled the correct permit, expertly cut the driveway and excavated down 8ft to the broken drain, waterproofed the exposed section, fixed the drain and drain tile, back-filled with gravel and got it inspected by the city in only 2 days (plus one day in the middle to let waterproofing dry). Big recommendation. No one else could have done it this well. Thanks to John and his crew. -Steve S.
