I just want to say thank you Sandy with the Cleveland Vital Records 🙏🇺🇲 I recently lost my Father in Florida's Polk County. I needed to obtain my Father's birth certificate from the City of Cleveland and Cuyahoga County to settle my Father's Estate. I submitted a request on 8/26 for a copy of a birth certificate. As of today. 10/21/25, it is still being processed. This is fraud at this point, their website says 7-10 business days. I checked back at day 15 after ordering and they wouldn’t refund me, nor give me a date when my birth certificate would be sent. They’re still refusing a refund. It’s been almost 60 days. How is this legal? Submitting them to the BBB.
