The guy at the desk in front was amazing he has a wonderful sense of humor. Because I lost all my identification I needed birth certificate I did not have id so they allowed my fiance to go back and get my birthcertificate which only took 5mins.

Not surprised by this rate. I asked for information regarding changing the informant and believed the next of Kin should be the informant. The first lady sounded like a hyper child who just ate a bunch of sugar and was unprofessional. The manager Andrea did help me to give a better understanding of the informant meaning the ones who made the arrangements name is the informant and couldn't be changed. Their system got hacked and it’s been almost 2 months now waiting for my birth certificate. I had to go elsewhere to get one and asked them for a refund and they said no. Which is ridiculous. Because of their own system issues and I’m still waiting, no refund is allowed? I recommend going to Lakewood. I ended up driving there and was in and out in less than 10 min.
Ask for Sandy in Vital Statistics.. she is AWESOME!! Kind and caring and VERY efficient!!
