Been waiting for a birth certificate for more than 2 months, the money has been taken out of the account. Looks like yall need some help down there. It is giving that ordering online is faster, But it seems to be a money grabber for those in a hurry who have to end up going alllllll the way downtown to pay for another one. And the monies for ordering online is not refunded.

Had to order birth certificate online through vital check, between vitalcheck and Cleveland vital statistics it cost almost $60 and took over 3 weeks to get. Now got it - I have never seen a birth certificate only have the state your born in and NO county listed for you or your parents! I know they are all on my original!!!
