You can't get an appointment and the staff are rude and either can't or won't do their job.
Pointless. The booking service os on until 10. Then it gets switched off at 8.30. Arrogant receptionists. The worst GP practice I've ever had the misfortune of having to use.
8am. 1 hour on the phone position 24 then had to phone again at 10am. 2 hours position 37. Dont alow you to prebook appointments in advance told to ring between 7.30am and 10am then you have no appointments left
I didn't believe the reviews initially... I do now. After turning up at 8AM for my 8AM appointment, only to have to go to the front desk to ask what is going on at 8:45... Guess what? The physio didn't fancy turning up to work that day. No apology, just told to make a new appointment. 0/5 if possible.
Always been so good. Reception staff are so friendly and always accommodating to problems. Never had a problem.
