Cole Butard is a stand up gentleman. We have dealt with Cleveland Street mortgage twice now. Cole provides a level of service unmatched. He is thoughtful when it is called for and honest. Cole stood up for us and treated us with respect. There were a few hiccups during our transactions and Cole assured us it would all work out. And it did. We also worked under different time zones and he was courteous when contacting us. We enjoyed working with Cole and would do so in the future.

I never leave reviews but Chris deserves it, he's seriously the best. Worked with him twice now and can not recommend him more. He takes so much time with every client, laying out every option, always working hard to find what's best for you. Give him a call, you'll be leaving a 5 star review before you know it.

I loved working with Chris .He was very calm.The whole process feels like a pressure cooker situation especially if you have other things going on in your life like a job and kids and just life but Chris was calm and steady and not pushy . He explained and offered options without being prompted or you having to explain your entire life ..definitely the originator to go to if you want to deal with someone who will treat you kindly.
