I will never do business with this company again. They waited over a year to send me a bill for payment and made up an excuse that their billing system was down. Customer service is terrible. I was told a manager would call to discuss further and I still have not received a call. Stay far away. Wish zero stars was a choice.
Same as others here, I've had multiple issues over the past couple years because my dermatologist uses them. Got one bill from them but their system (and including the QR code option) when you go to pay for it says you owe zero. No one answers their phone, ever, so there is no way to verify if you owe anything or if your insurance has actually paid for it and its an error. Same experience as other users. Received and paid my bill in July 2022, and am still receiving statements for the bill. I called them and they said they'd look into it, but the bills keep coming and now I received a letter saying my account will be sent to collections. Will be writing a review on the Better Business Bureau site also to bring more attention to this company that tries to ruin people's credit.
Received a random text that I owed. Unable to look up what I owe because I was not sent a bill or description of what was even done. Billing was SUPER unhelpful as they said they couldn’t look up without that information….which I don’t have?
