The staff are always friendly and professional. Dr. Hencke recently seen one of my dogs in need of surgery and showed so much kindness and compassion. Explained my dog's condition and gave different treatment options. Keeping in mind what would be best for my dog's overall wellbeing, pain tolerance and her quality of life. Very honest and upfront. This is not the first time one of my pet's had something major and the doctors, vet techs and overall staff responded with care.
I felt vulnerable and a bit victimized. Put in a room smelling of cat urine. Told Vet couldn’t assess pet adequately. Offered multiple tests to “find” something wrong. Then offered half the cost for a few things that really shouldn’t cost “that” much. Beware, it’s ok to say no.
