I'm not a resident but I'm hunting for an apartment; the Cleveland Quarters website lists that there are apartments available but nothing about pricing. Pricing and fee information is important to know and should be listed plainly on your site so the prospective tenant knows if the apartment is within their budget or not.
It is the worst housing experience I have ever had, they are constantly making arrangements in the condominium, the apartment is in very bad condition, all the appliances are old and rusty, the toilet was always damaged, the bathtub in very bad condition, in general EVERYTHING IS BAD! from the condominium to the customer service, they also blatantly stole half of the deposit, the administrator is zero diligent and the maintenance person was always drunk and not complying with the maintenance requests that were made... the WO... read more
We concluded our lease at Cleveland Quarters last month after living here for 2 years. We had to move out of the area - if we return to Tampa, we will definitely rent here again. Very well managed property, and management is very attentive to tenant needs. The newly finished units are superb with modern appliances, and all the great amenities the property offers, including gated secure parking makes this one of the best places in the area to live. I recently moved back into the Tampa Bay Area and was fortunate enough to discover this little gem by driving by and spotting a leasing available sign.I called the number and I was helped professionally and made to feel welcome immediately by Mrs Manuela. Very friendly atmosphere and community. Any problems They are quick to reply and fix. I have lived here for 8 years and have enjoyed all the amenities like great restaurants, handy to great shopping and fabulous downtown Tampa.
