I would give no starts if I could. This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I have basically been out of my apartment for over a month, essentially not using any power. My bill was $488. I called and was put on hold for an hour and ultimately hung up. Rudest customer service ever! Always a bad experience whenever i need to phone them for something. I'd give them a zero if that's an option.

Terrible customer service at the power outage dispatch office. I have been without power since 8/6/24 . Today is Wednesday August 14,2024 and still no power. I called the dispatch office and i can hear laughing and joking in the background. The manager (D) as he said his name was, took my call as a joke . No empathy what''so ever. And his employee named Luis very unprofessional and rude. Terrible,Terrible Company
