Cleveland Prestige in Meadowbank did an excellent job diagnosing a rattling noise in my car. Their mechanic joined me for a quick test drive and accurately found the issue — it turned out to be from the drive shaft and transfer case, not the engine. I’ve gotten my car serviced here for *edit* five years so far. Every visit is straight-forward, honest, prompt, and very affordable. Before I could get my car to the garage for my fifth annual service in a row, my car had a drained battery. I was quoted $315 for a battery replacement by the national roadside assistance association who I’ve been a (paying) member with for almost two decades. They're very professional and friendly staff. I loved the way they treated my car. It had a broken bumper and its black color civic. The way they fixed the bumper, unless someone put the torch light directly on the crack, no one would know there was a crack there. Thanks a lot!!
