I don't know much about Cleveland plumbing and heating, but the only thing I know that Dave from Guisborough area who was the plumber I spoke to on initial contact attended my property to fix multiple problems with my kitchen sink,waste and leaking mixer tap. This gentleman was heaven sent, he went far and beyond to sort all the terrible problems he found caused be previous kitchen fitter which were hidden from sight. On a hot Saturday afternoon, we had a report from guests in our holiday let in Whitby, to say that water was leaking from the water pump and dripping down the communal stair case. The water pump feeds two different apartments. One plumber had already attended, and couldn’t fix the problem. A holiday let agency sent maintenance, and they shut the water off, causing guests in both apartments to have no water at all. Woke up to water dripping through my ceiling from the toilet above, proper nightmare. Called this team and they came out sharpish. Found the leak, fixed it up cleanly, and even helped dry things out to prevent any damage. Professional, friendly, and clearly know their stuff. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
