Chuck and Dory Jo at Cleveland Plumbing are top notch and the best in Cleveland. Their quick response times and reasonable rates are unbeatable. We’ll never use anyone else and if you’re using anyone other than Cleveland Pluming, you’re missing out.
Over the years, Chuck has replaced my water lines, unclogged lines, and done everything else plumbing ever needs. He’s always great to work with, does great work, and is a great guy. Highly recommended.
Responsive, easy to talk to and deal with, and did a great job sufficiently fast. He came place of business, and his price was better than everyone else's. I would definitely recommend him.
Came in and checked everything over before installing a new flange for us in one of our bathrooms, just a couple hours after we called him, he was don't in less than two hours(some pipes also had to be changed) and that includes his run to the store for some unexpected parts, was very polite and super kind to my dogs(my great Pyrenees would not leave him alone lol) I definitely recommend them, work was done right and quickly, he triple checked everything for leaks and even had me verify it as well.
