I had a lot of hope in this place to help find out what's causing my muscle weakness, joint pain and constant pain like I have a flu that has been going on ever since June 2025 I got bit up by misquotes or something at Raystown lake fishing. But they turned me down for an appointment and tried to push me over to pain management. Now I'm completely hopeless, so tired exhausted and in pain , weak and just waiting for God to take me home. I have 5 grandkids I would love to be around for. You people really let me down.
I wish I saw the reviews and spoke to more people before I came back here for care. Their genetics department was a joke and I went back thinking neurology maybe better. It’s not. Do not go here for Myasthenia Gravis care or really any care. Their endocrine department was equally as poor. They are clueless and they don’t care about anyone.
I was diagnosed with 2 types of ALS in 2010 at Cleveland Clinic. The Hospital was extremely nice and the Staff was incredible. It’s time to return for more Tests and Medicine. The Doctors and Nurses were extremely professional and very compassionate. It’s 6.5 hours drive from Syracuse,New York and was worth the drive. They took great care of my Wife with Massages and Feeding her. They Even took her up to Roof to a in closer than was heated for relaxation and Green Tea. Lol. I was on hold for half hour simply waiting for "patient advocate" to see if my insurance accepted. Finally hung up. If they can't even get this right, lord knows how they would do with the actual diagnosing and care.
They obviously do not care and have no organization. My father was diagnosed with a tumor and we tried to schedule an appointment. They will not schedule you to even talk to someone until they receive all of the records and have a board meeting to discuss your case and then they "get back to you" in 24-48 hours. They had issues with their fax line and did not receive the records... no one bothered to call or notify us. We wasted an entire week waiting on them.
