i booked through Expedia under “reserve now, pay later” meaning i pay on arrival. i have used this function many times at hotels without any issue. today 4.9.25, i receive a call from the man who runs it. he called me saying i have no money. he tried to charge me without my knowledge and without letting me know. he then threatened to cancel unless i pay now, despite my reservation being under “reserve now, pay later”. he told me he decides how it works, and blatantly trying to go against Expedia policy. very rude, acts as if... read more
