I contacted Cleveland Marine on May 19 with a drivetrain problem. They allegedly service Westerbeke and Volvo Penta so it seemed like a good fit. I was told it might be early June before they could respond, but I was put on a wait list. About a week later I received an email asking to confirm my service request, which I did. By mid-June I had not heard anything, so I called the office. They could not tell me anything or where my place was on the wait list. Terry and his team did a great job making repairs to my boat. I had a problem with the vacu-flush system that other mechanics could not solve. Cleveland Marine diagnosed the problem and offered 2 solutions. Not suprisingly, I chose the one that was $300 less. They were very professional and completed the job while working around my boating schedule. They updated me as the work progressed and I highly recommend them for any repair that you may have.

Extremely pleased with my experience with Cleveland marine. After having massive issues with our inboard motor on my sailboat I had a hard time finding anyone willing to help me with it. After calling Cleveland marine they immediately got back to me, came to the boat with me to quote right before the holiday, and promptly had a plan outlined. Would recommend.
