I tried to order some countertops and the salesperson, Austin, was helpful as he checked with their fabricator to make sure that I could get the edge that I wanted. The fabricator confirmed The Edge that I wanted was available. But then I had to go to someone else, ted, to order, and he refused to do it. He told me I'd have to get what he said, not what webdon was able to provide. So even though I prefer to go through a local smaller company, I had to go through Home Depot.
