Let me tell the truth about this place. I've never had any problems until one particular rude technician (First initial K) started working here. Phone etiquette and customer service are extremely poor at this pharmacy; morale has changed, it was not this way before. The pharmacy technician that I'm talking about is very rude, unprofessional, nonchalant and miserable and the pharmacist defends her if you file a complaint. I absolutely love all of the employees and the pharmacists. They have always been very helpful and treated me very nicely.. I tell people I know that they should get their medications filled at Low Cost Pharmacy because of how they treat their customers. They also deliver, which is also very convenient, especially when you are without a vehicle for any amount of time.
