If your an interstate buy I would shop carefully, if I had my time again I would of been more thorough an not so trusting
What is the point in having a warranty, there is clearly an issue with our automatic starter, so much so it jolts everyone in the car back but at our service today we were told by staff they couldn't see an issue and noting appeared on their system. The customer in front of me was told the same thing when they even have videos of their issue. Absolutely shocking, they advertise these great warranties but don't back them up. Should be illegal!
Why do they put unhelpful people on the service desk. I have gone to another dealership who was helpful and made me feel like they wanted my business. You never know who you have on the line as I’m also looking at an upgrade. Too bad Cleveland!!
I always do what I say they're going to do if something unseen in the servicing or whatever pops up they phone and let you know. And even if you're a little bit late That's no trouble to them with , well worth the 40-minute drive
