I went in a few weeks ago for a quote. I was given one. This past Saturday I go to the office and the woman that I spoke to prior was the only one there. She was on a phone call that seemed personal form what I heard. She tells caller to hold on and tells me she cant help me today and I should come back next week. I wondered why I couldnt get it done but decided to go back today. That woman was off. I asked the other 3 could someone else help me. I was told "NO" I
